I had a previous plumber come out and try... read more to fix the problem but he couldn't and despite installing a clean out and hydro getting our lines the foaming was still happening. Finally went on Yelp and decided we needed help. Chris came over on time as scheduled and even called me before he was due to arrive. I liked that Chris came with all the tools and technology needed to assess our problem correctly. He was able to locate that a test tube had been left inside one of our drains causing the blockage.
It was scary because the initial assessment was possibly breaking concrete, uprooting our newly installed floors, and having to fix the pipe. Luckily Chris said he wanted to try pushing the tube out with the camera first. Through hard work, sweat and perseverance it worked! Chris got the job done!
I am extremely happy with the service we received and would highly recommend Craftsman Sewers.

I had to push this project back due to financial restrictions at the time but I told him I would reach out again when funds become available. Come late 2023 going into 2024, I on the lookout again for septic work. Running into Felix again, he gave the same quote from a year ago and I had to jump on it. Felix worked with my wife and I to come up with a good timeframe on which we needed to work completed. Went above and beyond to fit us into his busy schedule. Ended up having to replace our whole tank due to neglect from the pervious owners, all in all great experience! All the work was done in 3 days, which I feel was pretty fast!

I was also impressed with Felix responding to the paperwork required for the permits. Pricing was fair and he always provided detailed progress invoices.   Craftsman Sewers is a great company, and we highly recommend them.
We've had sewer drainage issues on and off for several years due to roots, but snaking always cleared the... read more problem in the past and lasted for 1 to 2 years. This year we had to find a new plumber and he said the sewer line may have multiple breaks, after running the snake and camera, and gave us multiple options to fix the issue that ran from $7,000 to $30,000. Something didn't seem right. Also, if we had to fix our sewer line on city property, the plumber needed a special sewer license, which they did not have.
Exasperated, we called Craftsman Sewers for an estimate because they have the required sewer license. They made an appointment for the next day, were on time and when we shared our previous experiences. They said, I won't know the issues until we get a camera into the line.
Within 15 minutes, Craftsman told us there were no breaks in the pipe, there were large roots growing thru the clay joints that need to be hydro-jetted. After two hours of work, our problem was solved.
We highly recommend this company; they diagnosed the problem quickly, eliminated the roots and treated us fairly from beginning to end. All facts, no scary tactics and fair pricing.

  I got several quotes to get my septic pumped. These guys were on time, great communication, professional, and reasonably priced.
